1 Leave of absence for a period of up to three days must be mentioned
in the school diary. In case of a longer leave, an application must be sent to the
Principal.
2 If a child remains absent for more than 20 days without intimation,
his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls and dues will be adjusted by
parents, therefore it is extremely important to make an application for leave.
3 Please plan your travel/tour/outstation holidays during school
vacations only. Leave during term time will not be granted.
4 Students who have been sick for more than three days will bring a
medical certificate from their doctor on re-joining school.
5 Parents are to send an application stating the reason for any
absence, in the school diary. This has to be shown to the Principal or class
teacher.
