1.Go through the child's exercise books on a regular basis. Inform the
management if the copies are not duly corrected.
2.Check the school diary daily for any circular sent to you from school.
3. Seek prior permission for taking a child away from school during a school day,
or for trips during the school term. Children are not permitted to leaven the
school premises without the permission of the management. Children are not
allowed to be absent from school for social functions, this disrupts the child's
learning/studies, and makes extra work for teachers. To seek permission for an
absence from school, please fill out the form in this diary, 'Leave permission
requests'.
4. Take an appointment to come and meet with teachers or the management.
Please Mobile/telephone or email pkmpublicschool@gmail.com to arrange an
appointment. At the time of your appointment, please come straight to the
office at the front of the school and do not go to any classrooms as this is
distracting to children and teachers.
5.Inform the management if your child is too ill/unwell to come to school.
6.Ensure that children come to school daily in proper uniforms on all days.
7. If the child uses the bus service, please ensure that the child uses the same
bus
daily and gets off the bus at the same destination (home) everyday. If the child
will visit any other child's home, it is the parents' responsibility to bring the
child. Children using the buses must follow the same routine daily.
Please do not sent gifts to the teachers.
8.Do not ask for private tuition from teachers at this school. It is strictly
forbidden
for our teachers to provide private tuition to students of our school.
9. Please attend parent-teacher meeting (PTMs) whenever you are called for
these. You need to be informed of how your child is doing in school, and we need
your support and your participation in our school community. PTMs are
integral to the education of your child. They provide an Opportunity for parents
to meet the class teacher and subject teacher of their children on a one-to-one
basis.
