  • 4 Students with outstanding dues may not be permitted to appear in examinations or access certain academic services.
  • 5 Any discrepancy in fee payment should be reported immediately to the Accounts Section along with the payment receipt.
  • 6 Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except under circumstances approved by the competent authority and as per institutional policy.
  • 7Students are advised to regularly check official notices and the college website for updates regarding fee schedules and payment procedures .
  • 8Payment made through online gateways should be verified by checking the transaction status and receipt generation .
  • 9In case of unsuccessful transactions where the amount is deducted, students should contact the Accounts Office with the transaction details for assistance .
