Fee Payment Rules

1 Students must ensure that all fees are paid within the prescribed due dates announced by the School.
2 A fee receipt should be obtained and preserved carefully for future reference.
3 Late payment of fees may attract a late fee penalty as per college regulations.
4 Students with outstanding dues may not be permitted to appear in examinations or access certain academic services.
5 Any discrepancy in fee payment should be reported immediately to the Accounts Section along with the payment receipt.
6 Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except under circumstances approved by the competent authority and as per institutional policy.
7Students are advised to regularly check official notices and the college website for updates regarding fee schedules and payment procedures .
8Payment made through online gateways should be verified by checking the transaction status and receipt generation .
9In case of unsuccessful transactions where the amount is deducted, students should contact the Accounts Office with the transaction details for assistance .
